Win Ron Sostenible Dark and Ron Sostenible Triple Cask worth 2.700 CZK
The name Ron Sostenible means sustainable rum and fully reflects the brand's philosophy. The rum is produced directly from sugar cane juice, through continuous distillation, and then aged in the Dominican Republic for at least 8 years in American bourbon barrels.
Ron Sostenible rum is produced in the most sustainable way possible. The distillery is one of the most modern and sustainable, not only in the Dominican Republic but also in the world. All organic material and wastewater from the fermentation process is used as fertilizer for the sugar cane fields. During fermentation, CO2 is produced, which is stored in pressure tanks and later used to produce soda water in the local soda factory.
Ron Sostenible Triple Cask is a surprisingly aromatic, complex, and perfectly balanced rum. The sherry casks give the rum a full yet subtle character. In the mouth, you will taste notes of figs, dates, raisins, vanilla, orange peel, caramel, and oak.
Ron Sostenible Dark is a dark rum with an alcohol content of 40%. The full tropical aging is evident in the aroma and taste—the rum is smooth with notes of caramel, vanilla, orange peel, and spices.
