“I have a bottle of whiskey at home that I’ve been saving for a desert island. It’s a bit of a unicorn. I opened one like it at my wedding, and I hope to share the other with my children one day. For me, the most important aspect of whiskey is balance. I know that may sound like an excuse, but the experience of drinking whiskey is a bit like riding a roller coaster,” says Robert Caldwell, Global Brand Ambassador for Teeling, currently the world’s most awarded Irish whiskey.
