Tamara Lohan joined Hyatt in 2023 through the acquisition of Mr & Mrs Smith, the award-winning boutique and luxury hotel platform she co-founded and led for more than two decades. Celebrated for curating exceptional independent hotels and championing design-forward, experience-rich travel, Lohan brings deep expertise in personalization, global luxury trends, and consumer insights.

- Miraval The Red Sea: Launching Q1 2026, this will be Miraval’s first resort outside the U.S., located on Saudi Arabia’s Shura Island. The adults-only retreat features 180 guestrooms and suites, immersive wellbeing programs, and the largest spa in the Red Sea region, offering 39 treatment rooms across 40,000 square feet.
- Park Hyatt: A global revival includes the reopening of Park Hyatt Tokyo and new properties in Cabo del Sol, Cancun, Mexico City, Vancouver, and Phu Quoc.
- Alila: Expands Hyatt’s presence in Mexico with Alila Mayakoba, delivering immersive, refined luxury to the Riviera Maya.
- The Unbound Collection: Debuts Kennedy 89 in Frankfurt, growing Hyatt’s footprint across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EAME).
Overall, Hyatt’s luxury pipeline now exceeds 170 hotels with 141,000 rooms globally, reinforcing its position as a leading force in luxury hospitality.
