Marriott International has signed a multi-deal agreement with Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited to open six new hotels in India. The deal covers a total of 940 rooms across four key markets and builds on the nearly 15-year partnership between the two companies.

Portfolio of five brands

The new properties will represent five Marriott Bonvoy brands. These include Courtyard by Marriott Chennai World Trade Center, scheduled to open in fiscal year 2027; two Fairfield by Marriott hotels in Bengaluru (at the international airport and Brigade Valencia), set to open in 2028; the luxury Ritz-Carlton Vaikom Island in Kerala in 2029; and JW Marriott Chennai OMR together with Thiruvananthapuram Marriott Hotel World Trade Center in 2030.

Expanding collaboration

Once completed, Brigade Hotel Ventures will operate eight Marriott-branded hotels with a total of 1,388 rooms, including the existing Sheraton Grand Bangalore at Brigade Gateway and Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark.

Shared vision

According to both companies, the agreement underscores a long-term commitment to investing in India’s hospitality sector and expanding offerings across segments ranging from business hotels to luxury resorts.
