Alpine landscapes and Central European seasonal cuisine will come together at a single table. On Sunday, 22 November 2026, the Zlatá Praha restaurant will welcome Andreas Döllerer, one of the most prominent figures in contemporary Austrian gastronomy. Together with head chef Maroš Jambor, he will prepare a unique tasting menu that brings together two distinctive culinary styles and two worlds of regional ingredients.

For him, the mountains are not merely a backdrop, but the very foundation of his culinary philosophy. Andreas Döllerer, whose eponymous restaurant in Golling, Austria, boasts two Michelin stars, has built his reputation on the concept of so-called Alpine cuisine. This draws on the immediate surroundings of the Salzburg region – mountain slopes, pastures, rivers and lakes – and transforms local ingredients, traditional recipes and almost forgotten knowledge into precise, contemporary gastronomy. In addition to its two Michelin stars, his restaurant has also been awarded five toques and 19 points in the Gault&Millau guide. Döllerer’s approach, however, is not based merely on interpreting tradition, but on seeking the purest possible expression of the place, its character and its seasonality.

It is precisely this perspective on gastronomy that will meet Maroš Jambor’s cuisine at Zlatá Praha on 22 November. His style, too, is rooted in regional flavours, seasonal ingredients and a modern take on Central European culinary tradition. The collaboration between the two head chefs will therefore not merely showcase two individual styles, but result in a joint creation in which Alpine inspiration naturally blends with Jambor’s approach. The aim is a single menu offering a dialogue between two regions, their produce and their gastronomic cultures.

Two chefs, one menu and one day only

The 4 Hands Lunch & Dinner format will offer guests the chance to experience this exceptional collaboration over lunch or dinner. Both options will begin with a welcome drink at the Golden Eye bar, followed by a tasting menu at the Zlatá Praha restaurant. The lunchtime programme will begin at 12.00, with the menu being served from 12.30 to 15.30. The evening option will begin with a welcome drink at 6.00 pm and continue with dinner from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm.

The price of the experience is 6,000 CZK per person; wine pairing is available for an additional 2,500 CZK. A 10 per cent service charge will be added to the final bill. As the two head chefs will be collaborating on a joint menu exclusively for this one-day event, this is an opportunity to discover two distinctive culinary personalities in a dialogue that will unfold directly on the plate.
