CODA is hosting a rare and exclusive workshop led by René Frank, the two-Michelin-starred chef and co-owner of the Berlin restaurant. In this special masterclass, he will share his expertise with hobby pâtissiers as well as anyone who wants to discover chocolate from a new perspective and learn how to craft fine pralines themselves.

Under Frank’s guidance, participants will dive deep into the craft of chocolate and praline production, following the entire process from start to finish – from roasting cocoa beans to making couverture and shaping the final praline. Step by step, he demonstrates how various handcrafted pralines come to life, offering techniques that transform natural ingredients into exceptional flavors. Expect elegant creations inspired by CODA as well as recipes perfectly suited for home kitchens.

True to CODA’s philosophy, the workshop uses only 100% natural ingredients. Refined sugar is intentionally excluded, putting the natural sweetness of the raw materials front and center.

A special highlight: participants will work directly in the CODA kitchen throughout this hands-on session, gaining exclusive behind-the-scenes insight into René Frank’s methods and workflow.

To conclude the day, René invites all guests to a relaxed get-together with a glass of Champagne. Each participant will also receive a certificate and a selection of their own handmade pralines to take home.

Participation is limited. Secure your spot online now for the Chocolate and Praline Masterclass on December 14, 2025, from 10:00 to 16:00, and look forward to an unforgettable day with René Frank.
