Summer weekend brunches at the Mlýnec restaurant are getting a new look. Alongside unlimited prosecco, wine, beer and soft drinks, the menu now also features Aperol Spritz – the iconic Italian aperitif that is an integral part of summer, long lunches and relaxing on the terrace.

This new addition comes just in time for the season when guests can enjoy brunch on the terrace right by the Vltava, with a view of Charles Bridge. It adds a whole new dimension to the atmosphere of one of Prague’s most attractive venues. Here, Aperol Spritz is not just another drink on the menu, but a natural part of the summer brunch experience.

The brunch itself remains true to the Mlýnec restaurant’s concept. Instead of a traditional buffet, head chef Láďa Vaníček prepares a menu served in stages to the centre of the table for sharing. Every weekend, a new selection of starters, main courses and desserts is created, meaning the menu is constantly changing and every visit offers a different culinary experience.

Unlimited Aperol Spritz during the summer brunches complements the now-traditional selection of prosecco, selected wines, beer and non-alcoholic drinks, including freshly squeezed orange juice. The result is a brunch that combines seasonal cuisine, an exceptional location and the atmosphere of an Italian aperitif in one long summer afternoon.
