Summer has its own flavour. Sometimes it’s reminiscent of fresh citrus, at other times of ripe tropical fruit, sparkling prosecco or those long evenings that aren’t planned, but simply happen. Sarti Spritz captures precisely this atmosphere – a cocktail that attracts attention not only for its iconic pink colour, but above all for its flavour, which seems tailor-made for a leisurely summer afternoon.

Behind its character lies the Sarti Rosa aperitif, with its distinctive fruity flavours of blood orange, mango and passion fruit. The delicate fizz of prosecco rises to the surface, and the first sip brings the juiciness of blood orange, the velvety sweetness of mango and the slightly exotic tartness of passion fruit.

Cocktails as part of a lifestyle

Cocktail culture has changed significantly in recent years. It’s no longer just about what’s in the glass. The setting, the story, the visual appeal and the overall experience are playing an increasingly important role. People are seeking out places that inspire them and drinks that are a natural part of their lifestyle.

It is therefore no surprise that Sarti has found its way into the circles of young artists, designers and creatives who are seeking their own voice.

The brand is developing the same philosophy in the Czech Republic, too. It collaborates with young artists, designers and creators who have their own distinctive style and aren’t afraid to experiment.

One of them is the artist Jan Bican, who has created an original bespoke patch for Sarti inspired by the brand’s energy. His distinctive style works with bold colours and emotions, which naturally resonates with Sarti’s visual world. The striking illustration bridges contemporary art and fashion, demonstrating that even a seemingly small object can tell a story. Another of the brand’s faces is the creative artist Boris Hrivňák, whose work resonates with the younger generation seeking authenticity and their own style.

When taste meets art

The fusion of gastronomy and art is no coincidence these days. Art openings, design presentations and fashion shows are increasingly accompanied by carefully selected cocktails, which contribute to the atmosphere just as much as music or light installations.

Sarti Rosa collaborates with The Chemistry Gallery, where visitors can enjoy a Sarti Spritz amidst contemporary art during exhibition openings. Amid the paintings, discussions about emerging artists take place, the spritz fizzes gently in the glasses, and the opening takes on an atmosphere that extends beyond the final exhibit. Cocktails are no longer merely part of the refreshments. They have become as integral to the evening as the music or the conversations among the guests.

Just as naturally, the brand has become part of the launch of stylist and designer Radka Sirková’s collection, where the world of fashion met modern cocktail culture.

Design you can taste

Sarti Rosa also has strong ties to the Czech design scene. The same energy can be experienced at the Ones Concept Design Store. This space, where young Czech designers are regularly showcased, brings together fashion, design and contemporary culture. Sarti Spritz naturally accompanies presentations by creators such as Tereza Rosalie Kladošová, Zoltán Tóth, Sister Studio and Michaela Fenkl.

It is precisely at such moments that an environment is created where fashion, design, gastronomy and people seeking new inspiration come together. A glass of spritz here is not merely a refreshment; it complements the atmosphere of the space just as unobtrusively as music or lighting.

The same philosophy underlies the collaboration with the Prague-based ceramics workshop Hlinotéka, where visitors can treat themselves to a refreshing cocktail while creating their own pieces. Fingers are still covered in clay, a newly created mug is slowly drying on the table, and next to it, a glass of spritz is gathering condensation. Creativity rarely springs from haste – far more often, it requires time, concentration and a pleasant atmosphere.

Sarti Spritz is also a regular feature at LAVRS Market, the Czech Republic’s largest pop-up market for curated second-hand goods. The event brings together slow fashion, the circular economy and a community of young creatives. LAVRS Market brings together vintage fashion, original design, music and a community of young creatives. A refreshing spritz feels just as natural here as the summer sun or conversations that stretch into the evening.

It’s no coincidence that the brand is always on the lookout for more young artists to support. At a time when people are seeking authentic stories and genuine experiences, the most interesting collaborations are emerging precisely at the intersection of gastronomy, art and culture.

Perhaps that is precisely why, these days, we no longer find Sarti Spritz only on terraces and in cocktail bars. It belongs at art openings, in design studios, at summer markets and on long evenings when there’s no rush to go anywhere. Sometimes, all it takes is a well-mixed drink, a few ice cubes and a group of people gathered around a table to create an atmosphere that will never be forgotten.
